Hey, I'm back (sort of)

I started this blog several years ago. In time, Twitter and Facebook intervened and my musings have appeared there. But I think the time has come to return to this form from time to time. Here, I can go longer and explain things better than in the restricted space FB and Twitter provides. I am not sure what ... or how often ... I will do this. However, as my wife likes to note, it is great to have options.
